CCTV - Power

The Q Power™ series of camera power supplies are available in 1, 4 or 8 channel versions.

The Q 8 Power™ is an 8 channel wall or 19" rack mount unit specifically designed for powering any camera within the Q EYE™ camera range. Powered by 230Va.c. the unit supplies 24Va.c. to the camera and receives video & data back via the Q System cable™. BNC connections are provided for video distribution to multiplexers and monitors with pluggable terminal entries for cameras. For added security a shield is supplied to prevent tampering with the camera connections once installed. The unit will power up to 8 cameras to a maximum distance of 200m and is BS EN60529 IP10 rated. For extended distances Q 1 Power™ has been developed to mount and recieve 230Va.c. mains locally to the camera installation. Powering the camera module and sending control & video back to the control end via the standard co-ax or twisted pair. This unit is weatherproof to BS EN60529 IP66.
